Taken nearly at the same time as its companion print, "Hills and Shadows", this panoramic landscape print catches the flurry of motion in the foreground grasses as the spring breeze gusts over the oak clad hills of Marin County, North of San Francisco in Northern California. Hahnemuhle's Torchon watercolor paper is the paper of choice for this image, giving a delicate lift to the sky and the distant hills and valleys as they recede into the background landscape.
